What are the shipping options?
Please be advised all orders placed on www.entwinedlabyrinthjewellery.co.uk will ship directly from England. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail or UPS.
Prices do not include shipping. Local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
UPS acts as a broker in collecting any customs due and may require additional customer information including personal tax ID.
Orders over £300 will receive complementary shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Your item will be made and posted within 1-2 weeks.
UK based customers will receive their goods via Royal Mail.
International customers will receive their goods via UPS, duty unpaid.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact me directly via entwinedlabyrinthjewellery@gmail.com if you have not received your order. All goods are sent with tracking so I am sure we can resolve any issues experienced.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
All goods are quality checked prior to being sent out to customers. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please contact me directly via entwinedlabyrinthjewellery@gmail.com with a full description of the issue and supporting photos. Your concerns will be addressed as a matter of priority.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours by contacting me at entwinedlabyrinthjewellery@gmail.com. Many of the pieces are custom made so any changes after this time, including a full refund, cannot be guaranteed.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Each piece has the length included in the description. If you are in any doubt or have any questions, please contact me via entwinedlabyrinthjewellery@gmail.com.
If like me your fingers, wrist and neck run on the larger size do let me know and where possible I will make the necessary adjustments.
What is the return policy
For hygiene reasons I do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours as many of the pieces are custom made.
